Triveni Plastics

Triveni Plastics is located in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase 1. We are in Dsidc Shed 6. The whole area is always full of noise from other factories and people moving heavy metal stuff. Inside our shed, we have the molding machines and piles of raw plastic granules waiting to be used. It gets quite loud when every machine is running at once. The ceiling is high and made of thin tin, so you really hear the rain when it hits hard. We make a lot of different plastic items for various uses. The floor is always covered in small bits of plastic that we have to sweep up at the end of every day. It’s a tough environment, especially when the heat is high during the summer months. We have a small wooden desk in the corner for the paperwork, but mostly we are out on the floor working. People come by to pick up their orders in small trucks throughout the day. Sometimes we have to work through the night to finish a big batch on time. We don't have a showroom or a fancy reception for guests. It's just a place where things get made. We’ve been in this same shed for a good while now. The neighbors are other workshops making metal or cloth things. We all know each other. It’s a lot of physical work and the smell of melting plastic is constant.
