Techno Plastic & Engineering Works

Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II is always a mess with traffic, so getting to Y-30 in the morning can take a bit. We have been running the plastic works here for a few years now. The floor is filled with molding machines that never really seem to stop making that clicking noise. It is just a small team of us working the shifts. Some days are slow and we just clean the tools, and other days it feels like we cannot keep up with the molds. Plastic is tricky because the temperature has to be just right or the whole batch is ruined. We have had our fair share of mistakes where we had to start over from scratch. The building itself is old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it does what it needs to do. We spend a lot of time just measuring things and making sure the engineering side is okay. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute because everyone is usually busy on the floor. It is not a quiet place, and the smell of melting plastic is something you just get used to after a week. We mostly just focus on getting the parts out the door so we can clear some space for the next lot. It is not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps the guys busy.
