Taneja Batteries & Inverter

Taneja Batteries & Inverter is located right at the Jheel Khurenja Main Chowk, at 437/A. If you know the area, you know how busy that intersection gets. There is always someone honking or a rickshaw trying to squeeze past. We have been sitting here at this corner for a long time. The shop is full of batteries of all sizes. It gets a bit cramped inside when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. People stop by on their way home to ask about prices or to get a battery charged. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who have known us for years. We spend our time testing units and making sure things work before they leave the shop. It is a lot of manual labor, moving those heavy blocks around. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy with wires and tools, but that is how we work. We don't try to look like a big corporation. We are just a local shop at the chowk. My family has been doing this for a while, and we just stick to what we know. If you see the sign for 437/A, that is us. We are usually open late because that is when people realize their inverter is dead. It is honest work and it keeps us going. We just try to be there when someone’s lights go out suddenly and they need help.
