Tagore Industries

Our workshop is over in Naraina Industrial Area Phase I, at C 112. Tagore Industries has been operating from this same building for quite a while. Naraina is a bit more organized than some other areas, but it’s still a heavy industrial zone. We do a lot of manufacturing here. The machines run pretty much all day. It’s not a quiet place to work. We have a small group of workers who show up every morning. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a big waiting room. Most people who come here are just delivery guys or clients picking up their finished goods. The office is just a small room in the corner with a few chairs and a filing cabinet. We try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind on schedules. Sometimes the weather makes things tough, like when it rains and the roads outside get messy. But we stay inside and keep the production going. We handle different types of industrial work depending on the orders we get that week. It’s a lot of physical labor. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just Tagore Industries, a place where things get made. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. It is just a regular Delhi business trying to get by.
