Star Battery & Inverter

The shop is right here at B-84 in the Shahdara Jyoti Colony area, just near the Durga Puri Chowk. Most days start pretty early because people around here need their power issues sorted out before they head to work. We deal with all sorts of batteries and those inverter units that everyone needs when the electricity cuts off. It gets a bit crowded inside sometimes with all the heavy boxes sitting around the floor. There is usually a bit of dust because of the construction going on nearby, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find the right parts quickly. The neighbors drop by often, sometimes just to chat while they wait for a charge or a repair. It is a simple place, nothing too fancy to look at. We have been in this spot for a while now and know the local faces. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk makes it hard for the delivery trucks to park, so we end up carrying things quite a distance. It is just the way it goes in this part of town. Usually, it is just me and one other person handling the testing equipment and talking to customers about what is wrong with their backup systems. We close up when it gets dark, unless there is a lot of work left to finish. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday and we just keep at it every day.
