Down in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I, things are a bit more serious and industrial. We are located at B-135/3, which is a sturdy building that has seen a lot of work over the years. Stabiline Systems Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, but mostly it’s just a place where we handle machines and systems. The area is full of trucks and workers moving fast to meet deadlines. Our space isn't really for showing off. It’s got concrete floors and the sound of work happening in every corner. We spend most of our hours here checking parts and making sure everything is running. It can get hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Being in Phase I means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don’t have a lobby with fancy chairs. Usually, there are just some old stools and a lot of technical manuals lying around. It’s a simple setup where the focus is on the hardware. We get here early and often stay late if a project needs it. The address B-135/3 is where you can find us, usually covered in a bit of grease or dust from the day’s work. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do and we’ve been doing it here for a long time. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby units, and we just blend into the daily grind of the estate.
