We are situated in Shahpura 17 A. It is a decent-sized place where we keep all our electrical supplies for the local market. Most of the time, the floor is covered with coils of wire and boxes of switches that we haven't had a chance to put on the shelves yet. We deal with a lot of local contractors who need stuff for the new buildings going up around Shahpura lately. It is a lot of counting and checking invoices throughout the day. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden table that has been there since we first opened the doors. We don't really do anything fancy here despite the Private Limited name on our registration papers. We just sell the parts that people need to get the lights working in their homes or shops. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late in the evening and we have to stay back to unload everything by hand. It can get pretty tiring, but the guys here are good and we joke around to pass the time when it gets slow. The walls are covered with old calendars and some wiring diagrams that are starting to turn yellow from the heat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure we have enough stock when someone walks in looking for a specific fuse or a length of heavy-duty cable. It is a steady business and we have our regular customers who come in every week for supplies. It stays dusty but we like it.
