Out in Anand Parbat, specifically in Gali No 4 at K/31/5, is where our workshop is. This is a real industrial area, so it’s not the kind of place you come for a walk. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there is always the smell of hot plastic or metal in the air. We do moulding work here. We have these big machines that take up most of the floor space, and they run for most of the day. It’s a messy business. There’s grease on the floor and our clothes are usually stained by lunch. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the machines or out back checking the raw materials. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we don’t really care much for fancy office stuff. We just focus on getting the shapes right and making sure the machines don’t break down, which they sometimes do because they are old. When a machine stops, everything stops, and we have to spend hours fixing it. It’s frustrating, but that’s just part of the trade. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers. We are just a small team of people who know how to work the moulds. It’s tough work, especially in the summer when the heat is unbearable inside, but we keep at it day after day.
