Located at 26a/Ua, Bunglow Road in Kamla Nagar. This area is always full of students and shoppers. We are an authorized dealer, so we have a lot of specific stock. Mostly it's boxes piled up in the back room. The front area is where we show the items. It’s a bit cramped because Bunglow Road properties aren't huge. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the company or talking to customers about warranties. It’s not a very exciting job, but it keeps us busy. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but people bring in a lot of dust from the street. We’ve been at this address for a good while. My father started the business and now I handle the day-to-day stuff. We don't do much advertising. People just see the sign when they walk past. Sometimes the traffic on Bunglow Road is so bad that people can't even get to our door. We just wait it out. We have a couple of helpers who move the heavier boxes. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking serial numbers and filling out forms. It’s just an ordinary shop. We aren't trying to be anything special. Just selling what people need and making sure the records are right. The lights are a bit bright but that’s how the showroom has to be.
