We are located right at Lakshmi Nagar, near Vijay Chowk, in Shop No. 5. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easier for moving the heavy machinery we deal with. Saspaul Machinery Enterprises has been around this area for quite a bit. It’s a tight space because machines take up a lot of room. We carry various types of equipment that people in the local trades use. Most of the day is spent unloading crates or showing someone how a particular motor works. We aren't slick salespeople. We’re more likely to have grease on our hands than a tie around our necks. People stop by because they need a specific tool or a replacement part for their workshop. We know most of the neighbors around the chowk. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cluttered, but that’s just the nature of the machinery business. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us at the shop, answering the phone and helping whoever walks in. We keep things pretty simple. If we have the part, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we’ll see if we can get it. Being at L-18 is convenient for our regulars who have been coming by for years to get their gear.
