If you’re ever walking through the crowded lanes of Ramesh Market in Sirkiwalan, you’ll find Ganpati Sales Corp. at Building No-1915. We are quite close to Chandni Chowk, so you can imagine how busy it gets around here. The noise from the street never really stops, and there’s always someone pushing a cart or carrying a load past our door. Our shop is packed with stock from floor to ceiling. It might look a bit disorganized to someone visiting for the first time, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. It’s a family-style environment where we all pitch in with the lifting and the selling. We spend most of the day negotiating with suppliers or helping people find specific parts they need. The light inside the market isn't always great, so we have plenty of lamps around the workspace. Lunch is usually eaten quickly at the back desk because customers come in at all hours. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, and the walls have seen a lot of change in the market outside. We don’t bother with fancy websites or polished brochures. Our business is built on just being here every day and having the items that people come looking for. It’s a lot of hard work in a tight space, but it’s what we do. We usually head home once the main market shutters start coming down.
