Our shop is over in Pandav Nagar, Shop No 19 in the Kailash Complex on the Main Road. It’s a busy spot right by the road. We deal with power stuff—batteries, inverters, and things to keep the lights on when the power goes out. The shop is mostly filled with heavy lead-acid batteries. They take up a lot of space and they’re heavy to move around. We have a small desk in the corner where we do the billing. It’s usually covered in battery catalogs and dusty pens. The summer is our busiest time because of the heat and the blackouts. Sometimes we’re out delivering and installing until late at night. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us who know how to wire things up. We don't wear uniforms. Usually, just jeans and a t-shirt that might get a bit of acid or dirt on it. The traffic on the Main Road is always loud, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't do big ads. Most people just see the sign when they're stuck in traffic and come in later. It’s a practical business. We just make sure people aren't sitting in the dark. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the power issues stay about the same. We just keep the batteries charged and ready for the next customer.
