We are based over at Shahzada Bagh, specifically at 19/310 on Old Rohtak Road. This part of town is very industrial and there is always a lot of noise from the nearby workshops and the heavy traffic. Our building is an old one, like most of the structures around here. We deal with a lot of paperwork and people coming in to check on orders throughout the day. The office is not much to look at, just some desks, a lot of files, and a tea kettle that is almost always running. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now and we know the rhythms of the street. The trucks start lining up early in the morning and sometimes it is hard to even get to the door. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. Most people who come to see us already know where we are tucked away. It can get very hot in the summer months because the ceiling is high and the fans do not always do enough. We just get on with it though. Sometimes a shipment is delayed and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to track it down. It is just the usual daily grind of running a business in an area like this. We are not doing anything fancy, just keeping the operations going as best as we can every day. That is the way things have always been for us here.
