S B M Electronics

We are located at 435 in the Old Lajpat Rai Market, right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. If you have ever been down here, you know it is a bit of a madhouse. There are people everywhere and the lanes are so narrow you can barely walk. S B M Electronics is a small shop but we keep it packed with all sorts of components and spare parts. You might see boxes stacked up to the ceiling when you walk in. It’s not the most organized place, but we have a system that works for us. We have been here for a long time and seen the market change quite a bit over the years. The morning starts with us cleaning the dust off the glass counters before the rush begins. It gets very hot in the summer, especially with all the electronics running, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving a little. We don't really do any big ads or anything like that. People just find us because we’ve been at shop 435 for so long. We talk to our customers plainly and tell them what we have in stock. If we don’t have it, we usually know who does. It’s a busy way to make a living, but we like being part of the market. There is always something happening outside our door. Sometimes I do not even know how we find things in here, but we always do. We just keep our heads down and handle the sales.
