You can find us at Shop No. 45-D in Vardhan House. It is tucked away in Chabi Ganj, which is part of the Kashmere Gate area. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s a very busy part of town. There are shops everywhere and people are always rushing around. We deal with industrial supplies and parts. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things pretty high to fit everything in. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for in the back of the shelf. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. The building, Vardhan House, has seen better days, but it serves us well enough for now. We have been working out of this location for quite a while now. Dealing with the traffic around Kashmere Gate is probably the hardest part of the day. We usually start early before the roads get too clogged up with trucks and rickshaws. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the inventory right and making sure we have things ready when people walk in. It’s a lot of counting and moving boxes around. We like the neighborhood though. There is always something happening right outside the front door and the market is always full of life.
