A. S. Exports

Our business is at 308/9 in Shahzada Bagh, which is just off the Old Rothak Road. We are fairly close to the Indralok Metro Station. That makes it easy for people to find the general neighborhood, even if the small lanes around here can be a bit of a maze for strangers. A. S. Exports is the name on our gate, but mostly it is just a handful of us working in this old building. We handle a lot of different items that need to be packed up and sent out. The building has been here for a long time and the stairs are quite narrow, so moving big crates up and down takes a bit of muscle. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure boxes are taped up tight. Since we are so close to the metro, there is always a lot of noise and people walking past our door. It makes us feel like we are right in the middle of everything. We have stayed in this same spot for several years. We started out small, moving just a few items a week, and slowly it grew into a full-time job for all of us. There is no fancy lobby or chairs for visitors. Usually, if someone stops by, they just stand and talk to us while we work. We focus on getting the shipping details right so things don't get lost in transit. It is a lot of physical labor, but we just keep our heads down and do it.
