We are based at 159 Swaran Park, down Old Syndicate Gali in Mundka. It’s a bit off the main path, which suits us just fine. Rigel Poly Products is a straightforward manufacturing setup. We don't have a lot of fluff here. The building is functional and the machines take up most of the room. We spend our days watching the production lines and making sure the output is consistent. It’s not a place for people who don't like getting their hands a bit greasy. We all chip in with the heavy lifting and the cleaning. There’s no boss who stays in a separate air-conditioned room all day. We’re all out there on the floor together. The neighborhood is full of small shops like ours, so there’s a sense of community. We borrow tools from the guy next door and he does the same with us. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't use marketing slogans or try to act like a giant conglomerate. We’re just a local company doing poly products. When a customer calls, they talk to the same person every time. We like that personal connection. It makes the work feel more real. We just keep our heads down, watch the quality, and try to get everything shipped out on time. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with it. We don't need much more than a good day's work and a steady pace to keep things moving.
