Reliance Communication

We've been at Rz 7A in Raghunagar for a while now. Most people around New Delhi 45 know us because they walk past our shop every day. It’s not a huge place, but we keep it busy. We mostly handle phone stuff, recharges, and fixing screens that people drop on the pavement. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes and spare parts, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work here. Raghunagar is a noisy area, so there is always someone coming in to ask about a plan or just to chat while they wait for a repair. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything. Just a few stools and a counter that has seen better days. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that does the job well enough. Dealing with phones all day can be a bit tiring, especially when the software acts up, but it's what we do. We try to be helpful when someone can't get their internet working or when their battery dies too fast. It’s basically us sitting here behind the glass at Reliance Communication, trying to sort out whatever tech trouble walks through the door. Usually, it's just local neighbors or students from nearby. We don't do big ads. People just find us. It’s pretty straightforward. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and start taking a look at whatever needs fixing that day.
