Regal Information Technology Limited

Regal Information Technology Limited is based in Noida, over at E320B in Sector 27. Noida is full of offices like ours, but we’ve got our own little rhythm going here. The building is standard for this sector, and we occupy a decent space inside. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the server stuff. We’ve been in Uttar Pradesh for quite some time now. The commute for most of us involves the metro or dodging traffic on the main roads. Inside the office, it’s usually quiet unless we are all talking through a problem. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up and handle the information technology work that needs doing. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Noida heat, so we just dress light. The office feels lived-in, with coffee mugs everywhere and stacks of papers. It’s not a polished corporate showroom. It’s just a place where people work on computers all day. We deal with various technical projects as they come in. There’s no hierarchy fluff here; we just talk to each other and get things finished. It’s a practical way to run things and we like the routine of it. We just focus on the code and the systems and let the day go by.
