Reetu Sharma

I am Reetu Sharma and my place is located at C 9 on the Tis Hazari Main Road. If you know Delhi at all, you know Tis Hazari is famous for the big courts and all the legal hustle that happens every day. My office is right on the main road, so it’s very easy for anyone to spot as they walk by. It’s a small room, really. Just enough space for a couple of wooden chairs and my old desk. Being so close to the courts means there's always a lot of movement outside with people rushing around. Lawyers, clerks, and people looking for help are everywhere from morning until night. I do a lot of paperwork and typing work here for whoever needs it. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps me busy and pays the bills. The building at C 9 is an old one with a lot of character. It has high ceilings and big windows that let in some light, which is nice during the day. Sometimes the noise from the traffic and the crowds is a bit much, but I’ve lived in Delhi long enough to block it out. I don't have any assistants or helpers, so I handle every customer myself. People come in with various documents that need sorting or legal forms that need filling out correctly. I’ve been doing this for quite a few years now in this same spot. It’s a very honest and straightforward way to earn a living. I don't use any marketing tricks to get people in.
