We set up Reena Bpo Technologies Pvt Ltd here in Sant Nagar, Burari, some time back. Our spot is at 285 11A in Chandan Vihar West. It's a busy part of Delhi, and there's always something going on outside our windows. We mostly deal with computer-related tasks and back-office work for different clients. It’s not a huge office, just a few of us sitting at desks and working on computers all day long. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out unexpectedly, but we manage to get things done eventually. Delhi heat is really tough in the summer months, and our small AC struggles to keep up sometimes. We've been at this address for a while now, so the locals know us. Most people around here know where we are because of the big tree near the corner. It's just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of our emails and data entry. Nothing fancy or corporate about it. We do what we're supposed to do and then we head home to our families. Burari is a crowded place, so getting to work takes a bit of time in the mornings. We try to keep things organized but it’s a lot of data to handle every week. You know how it is with technology, there is always some software to fix or a screen that stops working. We handle stuff for other companies who need an extra hand. It's just practical work. No big speeches or fancy suits here in the office. Just us doing the daily grind in the 110 085 area.
