If you are looking for Redington India Limited, we are over on the second floor of D 78 in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar 4. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of people and a lot of equipment. We’ve been at this Lajpat Nagar location for several years now. It’s a busy place, with people coming and going all day long. We don't really have a formal setup; it’s more about being functional and getting the daily tasks out of the way. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to them. Inside, it’s mostly just the sounds of people working and the occasional tea break. We aren't big on corporate meetings that last for hours. We prefer to just talk across the desks and solve things as they come up. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know how things run. We don't really try to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just care about making sure the work is done properly. Amar Colony has some great spots for a quick lunch, which is something we all appreciate. It’s just a regular office where we do our best every day.
