Recruitment Solutions operates out of A 32A 1 Nand Ram Park New Delhi India India. It is a busy little corner of the city, and we have been here for a good while. Our daily life involves a lot of reading through resumes and trying to figure out who would be right for which job. It is not always easy, but it is what we do. The office at Nand Ram Park is filled with the usual stuff like computers, half-empty water bottles, and plenty of pens that sometimes don't work. We don't go for the high-end corporate look because that isn't who we are. We are just regular people working in India’s capital, trying to make the hiring process a bit more manageable for everyone involved. The streets outside are always loud, which is just part of living and working in Delhi. Inside, we just focus on the phone calls and the emails. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some sorting, but we don't mind much. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to get done before the day ends. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We have a small fan that hums in the corner when it gets hot, which is almost all the time.
