Recruitment Links Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor at J 49 A Ground Floor Khirki Extn Malviya Nagar Ndelhi 17. If you know Malviya Nagar, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. Our office isn't very large, but we make it work. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and people discussing who might be a good fit for whatever role just came in. We have been in this part of New Delhi for some time and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street. It’s a practical setup with some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. People come in, we talk about their experience, and we see what we can find. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We don’t use those big fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the names and the skills and try to match them up. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking details over and over. Being in South Delhi means we get all sorts of people walking through the door. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time for that yet. We’re too busy with the current stack of resumes.
