Recruitment Firm

We are over in Ghaziabad, located at H 21 in Sector 9, Vijaynagar. It’s a decent spot for us. We’ve been running our recruitment firm from here, and it keeps us pretty busy. Most of our day involves talking to people who are looking for a change in their career. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. We try to keep things simple. If a company needs a worker and we know someone who fits, we put them together. It doesn't always work out, but we try our best. The office is a bit small, and we’ve got folders stacked up everywhere. We probably should organize it better, but we’re usually too busy with calls to get around to it. Ghaziabad has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen the job market shift quite a bit too. Some industries are growing while others are slowing down. We just try to keep up with it all. We’re just regular people working a regular job. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to help people find a way to pay their bills and maybe find a job they don’t hate. If you’re around Vijaynagar, you’ve probably walked past our place without even noticing. We’re just another small business in the neighborhood doing what we can for the local folks.
