Recruitment Consultancy

We are located in Anand Vihar, and that is where we do all our recruitment work from. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We go by the name Recruitment Consultancy, though we are not a big operation. We don't have a big office building or anything like that, just a humble space where we can sit down and focus on finding jobs for people. The area around here is usually quite busy, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons talking to people who are looking for work. It is a lot of the same thing every day, but we do not mind it. Every time we help someone find a new position, it feels like we have done something good. We keep our records in simple folders and we do not use any of those complicated systems that the big companies use. It is just a human process for us. We listen to what people want and we see if we have anything that fits. Sometimes we don't have the right thing immediately, so we keep looking. Anand Vihar is a good place to be, and we feel like we are part of the local scene here. We do not have a fancy website or a bunch of staff in suits. It is just a few of us in our everyday clothes, doing the best we can with the resumes we get. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
