Rawatson Industries

Rawatson Industries is tucked away in Khanpur, specifically at Shop No 38 in the Khemchand Market. If you know the market, you know it stays pretty crowded and noisy most of the day. Our shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There are shelves stacked with parts and tools, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze inside. We have been operating out of this market for some time, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The morning starts with opening the shutters and sweeping out the front. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who come into the market for various supplies. It’s not a polished environment. There is grease on the counters and the chairs are old, but it works for what we do. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website to show off. Usually, people find us because they were already in Khemchand Market looking for something else. We just focus on the tasks at hand. When it rains, the market gets a bit muddy, and we have to be careful with the stock near the door. It’s just a regular local business run by people who live nearby and understand how things work in this part of town. We take our lunch breaks when things get quiet, usually sitting on the stools near the back of the shop.
