Ratnagiri Ceramics Pvt Ltd

We are located on Street No 9 in Patwari Wali Gali. It’s right in the Shivpuri part of Vijay Nagar in Ghaziabad. The street is pretty narrow, so getting big trucks in can be a bit of a headache. Ratnagiri Ceramics Pvt Ltd has been here for a while. Our warehouse is full of boxes and crates. There is always a layer of fine dust on everything, which just comes with the job. We have samples of tiles and pots leaning against the walls. It’s not a fancy showroom. You have to step over a few things to get around. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger. My brother and I usually run things during the day. We have a few local guys who help with the heavy lifting. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops like ours. In the evenings, we sit outside on plastic chairs and talk to the neighbors. Ghaziabad gets very dusty and the traffic nearby is always a mess. We don't mind it though. We know the guys at the tea stall and the postman. Customers usually come in because they saw our sign or someone told them we have good stock. We don't do any big marketing. We just sell what we have and try to be honest with people. It’s a modest business but it keeps us going every day. We will likely be here on Street No 9 for many more years to come.
