Rajvinder Singh

My name is Rajvinder Singh and my place is at 769 on the Tis Hazari Main Road. It is a very busy area because of the courts nearby. There are always people rushing around and lawyers in their black coats. I have been at this address for many years now. The building is right there on the main road so you can't really miss it if you are looking at the numbers. It’s a dusty part of town with all the traffic. I spend my days inside, away from the heat when I can. The shop or office is simple. I have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of old files. People come in with their problems or looking for help. I don't promise anything I can't do. It’s just honest work. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. That is just how life is on Tis Hazari Main Road. I’ve seen many things change around here, but 769 stays the same. I'm not a big fancy firm. I'm just Rajvinder, and I'm here every day except Sundays. It's a living. Nothing more, nothing less. I just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in. Sometimes I sit on the stool outside just to get some air. Life moves fast here, but I try to keep my own pace and do things right.
