Raj Prem Singh

My office is at Tis Hazari Main Road 97. If you know the area, you know it gets very crowded with all the traffic and the people heading toward the courts. Being at number 97 means I’m right in the middle of all that noise and energy. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it keeps you awake. Raj Prem Singh is just the name on the door, really. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a lot of paper, and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. I’ve spent many years on this road, watching the shops change and the people come and go. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren’t used to them. I usually get in early before the heat starts to get bad. There’s a tea stall nearby that makes good ginger chai, which helps when the morning is slow. I don’t go in for all the fancy decorations or the big signs you see in other parts of the city. For me, it’s about staying in one spot and being there when someone needs something. Tis Hazari is a tough place sometimes, but it’s home for my work. You just keep your head down and get through the files. That is how I’ve always handled things at Raj Prem Singh. No fuss, just the daily routine at number 97.
