Raj Estate

Raj Estate is located over in Chanakyapuri. It’s an area most people know for the big houses and wide roads. We have been here for a bit, just helping out with things related to the local properties. We don’t have a big staff or a polished office with glass walls. It is more of a place where you sit down, have some tea, and talk about what’s available in the neighborhood. Dealing with property here can be slow sometimes. There is a lot of paperwork and rules to follow. We spend a lot of our time just walking around or checking out different spots nearby. People usually find us because they live close by or their cousins told them to come talk to us. We keep things pretty simple. There is no big sign out front that lights up at night. The office has some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. It gets the job done though. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. Chanakyapuri has a certain way of doing things and we just fit into that rhythm. Some days are packed with people and other days it is just us listening to the traffic outside. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If you need to find us, just head towards this part of town and ask around for the estate guys. It's a nice place to work even if the days get long.
