R Systems International

R Systems International is a small outfit running out of GD Colony. We are specifically at House No B 99, which is in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 in New Delhi. The pincode is 110096. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels very much like a part of the neighborhood rather than a business hub. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of floors and elevators. It's just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. Being in Phase 3 means we are a bit away from the main rush of central Delhi, which suits our style fine. The morning commute is usually just a short walk or a quick rickshaw ride for most of us. We spend our days handling whatever comes our way, from emails to paperwork. The office is a bit crowded sometimes because we have a lot of equipment and files, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by being around the colony or through word of mouth. It’s a very hands-on environment. When something needs doing, we just do it ourselves. There isn't a lot of talk about strategy or vision statements here. We just want to do a decent job and keep everything running smoothly. It’s a practical way to run a business and it has worked for us for a long time now.
