Our center is located at 234 A on the Sant Nagar Main Road, right in the East of Kailash area. It’s a very busy street with people constantly walking by and cars honking. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time now. The shop is small and filled with printers, scanners, and piles of paper. It usually smells like warm ink and old files. We handle all sorts of documentation work for people in the neighborhood. Some folks come in wanting a simple photocopy, while others have complicated forms they need help with. We don't have a fancy system; we just take things as they come. I usually sit behind the counter, and there’s often a line of people waiting. It can get a bit stressful when a machine breaks down, which happens more often than I’d like. We have an old computer that takes a while to start up, but it gets the job done eventually. Sant Nagar is a lively place to be, and we see all kinds of people every day. We don't have any corporate goals or big slogans. We just help people get their paperwork sorted so they can move on with their day. Most of our regular customers are people who live in the flats nearby or students from the local colleges. It’s a humble business, and we like being part of the community here. The work is steady and it keeps us occupied.
