Finding us is pretty easy if you know where the G D Goenka School is in Vasant Kunj. We are right behind it at the White House building, RZ B 1. It’s a busy little area of Delhi. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It can be a lot of talking, honestly. Some days my throat is sore by the time I leave. We handle the HR side of things for different businesses that don't want to do it themselves. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls, making sure people are where they should be. We don’t use any high-tech systems that nobody understands. We just use our eyes and our ears. It’s a small office, nothing too grand, but it gets the job done for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take our only breaks. Delhi gets so dusty, so we are always cleaning the desks before we start. We aren't some massive agency with hundreds of people. It’s just us here, trying to help folks find jobs and help companies find staff. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes every single day. We like the location because it’s easy for people to reach us by bus or auto. We've been at this spot for years now.
