Quest Resourcing Services is based over in Paschim Vihar. If you know New Delhi, you know this area has a lot going on. Our address is A 4 197, and it’s a fairly standard setup where we spend our time looking for people to fill jobs. Resourcing is basically just about matching folks with the right roles, which sounds easier than it actually is most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking through piles of resumes. It gets busy here, especially when multiple companies are looking for staff all at once. The office is practical, nothing too flashy. We’ve got our desks, our computers, and way too many files. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything; we just want to make sure the people who come to us find something that works for them. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone down the street to get more, but we manage. Being in Paschim Vihar is convenient for us since a lot of the team lives nearby. We don’t do the whole corporate polish thing because that’s not really who we are. We’re just a group of people working together to get the hiring done. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of the time, things run smoothly, though there’s always a bit of chaos when a big project comes in.
