Quality System Consultants is right in the middle of the Sanatan Dharam Mandir Market in Uttam Nagar. We are in H Block, at 70 C. Being in a market means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening outside our door. It’s a lively place to work. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. Our work is mostly consulting on systems. We spend a lot of time talking to business owners about how they run things. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes people don't want to change how they do things. We just give our advice and help with the paperwork. The office is small and usually has stacks of manuals and guides everywhere. We don't have a big corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a local shop where you can just walk in and talk to us. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or fancy presentations. We just sit down and look at what needs to be fixed. Sometimes we have to go out to visit other sites, so the office might be closed for a few hours. We just leave a note on the door so people know when we'll be back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We like being part of the Uttam Nagar community. It’s busy, but it feels like home to us most of the time.
