Qatar Man Power Agency

If you find yourself in Geeta Colony, you’ll find us at 11 112. It’s a busy part of Delhi 51, and our office is right in the thick of it. We run the Qatar Man Power Agency from here. The space is pretty small, mostly filled with chairs for people who come in to talk to us. We have a couple of desks with old monitors and stacks of papers everywhere. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. People come in and out all day, asking questions or dropping off documents. We don't have a fancy waiting room with magazines; just a few plastic chairs along the wall. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our time on the phone or writing down notes. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and vendors, so there is never a dull moment. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small board so people know they’ve reached the right place. It’s a basic setup that has served us well for a long time. There are no corporate retreats or big mission statements here. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start helping whoever walks through the door. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We stay until the last person is finished and then lock up for the night.
