We are based in Anand Vihar, which is a busy part of Delhi to say the least. If you’ve ever been near the bus terminal or the railway station, you know exactly what the energy is like around here. It’s loud, it’s dusty, and there is always something moving. Our office is a modest space that serves as our main hub. It isn't a place with marble floors or glass partitions. We have simple desks and chairs that have been with us for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really affect the work we do. We usually start the morning with a quick chat about the commute, which is always an adventure in East Delhi. There’s a small tea shop nearby that we practically keep in business because we order so many rounds throughout the day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just come in, sit down, and get through our lists. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when the temperature hits forty-five degrees, so we just open the windows and deal with the noise. It’s an honest way to work. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We’re just a group of people working out of Anand Vihar, trying to do a good job and get home to our families. We've been in this spot for a while now.
