Q Q Research Insights is based out of 1068 on the ground floor over in Ward No 1 of Mehrauli. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, India, and honestly, the noise from the street usually finds its way inside while we are working. We spend most of our time looking at data and trying to figure out what it all means for the people who ask us to look into things. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes we are just staring at spreadsheets for hours until our eyes get tired. The office is a bit small, so we’re all pretty close to each other, which helps when we need to ask a quick question or share a snack. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. It’s just us doing research and making sure the numbers add up correctly. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at the exact same time. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The chai stall nearby is where we usually end up when we need a break from the computers. We just try to do a decent job and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a practical setup, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to be helpful when people reach out to us.
