Punjab National Bank

We are located at Ca 42 C in the DDA Flats of Hari Nagar, New Delhi. If you live in this part of Delhi, you know exactly where the DDA flats are. It is a crowded area with lots of families and small shops. Our Punjab National Bank branch fits right into that scene. It is not a huge space, but it is enough for what we need to do. We spend our time behind the counters dealing with the daily flow of residents from the 110 064 zip code. The walls are a bit plain and we have a few old calendars hanging up. It is the kind of place where you hear the sounds of the colony outside while you work. Children playing, people arguing about parking, and the occasional vegetable seller calling out. Inside, it is just us and the computers. We don't go in for anything fancy. The furniture is functional and the lights are a bit bright, but it works. We know most of the people who come in because they live just a few buildings away. It is a local operation through and through. We deal with the cash, the checks, and the queries without much drama. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. It is just life in Hari Nagar, and we are glad to be part of it. The workday is long, but being around familiar faces makes it easier to handle things.
