Publishing House

Our small publishing house is located at B 3 8 in Ashok Vihar Phase 2. It is a neighborhood office where we have been operating for quite some time now. The space is pretty cramped because we have so many boxes of books and stacks of paper piled up against the walls. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is if you give us a minute to look. We spend our mornings going through new pages and our afternoons packing up orders to be sent out. The building is an older one and sometimes the pipes make noise, but we have gotten used to it. Ashok Vihar is a busy place and there is always something going on outside our door. We have a couple of old computers that we use for the layout work and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. Most of us live nearby so it is a short walk to get here in the morning. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, just a simple door that leads into our workspace. We don't really do anything fancy, just the basic tasks involved in putting books together and getting them ready for people to read. It is a lot of manual work, moving heavy boxes and checking for typos, but it keeps us on our toes. We just stay here and do our thing every day.
