Pruthi Decor

You can find us over in Tilak Nagar, specifically at New Mahavir Nagar. We are at Plot No K 8, Shop No 7. It’s a busy spot, and the shop is usually full of samples and rolls of stuff. It’s not the biggest space, so things can get a bit cramped if we have a lot of stock coming in at once. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and most of the other shop owners around here are friends. We spend our days showing people different materials and talking about what might work for their homes. It’s practical work. My hands are usually a bit dusty by the end of the day from moving things around. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s just a regular shop where we keep things organized the best we can. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, but you get used to it. We deal with all sorts of decor items under the name Pruthi Decor. People come in with an idea, and we try to find the right piece in our inventory. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and measuring. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the shop stays open on time. It’s a local business, nothing more, nothing less. We’ve been on this plot for years and we just keep at it every day.
