You can find us in Sector 25, Noida, at building K 15. This part of Noida is always moving, with cars and people everywhere. Our office is a straightforward space. We do not have any of that modern glass and steel styling. It is just a practical room where we deal with private equity matters. Mostly, that means we spend our time looking at spreadsheets and talking about investments. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of people. There are just a few of us here. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. The building itself has been around for a while. We have some old desks and plenty of power strips for all our screens. Noida gets really hot in the summer, so we are grateful for the air conditioning. We don't really do much outreach or marketing. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have worked with us in the past. It is a quiet operation for the most part. We show up, do the research, and handle the transactions. The local market nearby is where we usually grab lunch. It is a busy spot, but it gives us a good break from the screen. We have been in Sector 25 long enough that we feel like part of the furniture now. It is a solid place to be for work.
