Prime Constructions

Down in Kalkaji at M 60, you will find the office for Prime Constructions. It is a small place, nothing too fancy, just enough room for us to keep our records and meet with people who need some building work done. Kalkaji is a very crowded area, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache most days, but we like being centrally located. We have been doing this for a long time. Our crew is mostly local guys who know their way around a construction site and aren't afraid of hard work. We do not go in for big advertisements or catchy slogans to get attention. Most of our jobs come from people who saw a wall we built or a roof we fixed for someone else they know. We take on all sorts of things, from small room additions to fixing up old shops that have seen better days. It is hard work, and the sun can be brutal some days, but we get it done. I usually spend my mornings checking on the guys at the different sites and then head back to M 60 in the afternoon to catch up on all the paperwork. It is a lot of juggling, but that is what running a small business is like. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. If someone needs help and we have the time, we take the job.
