Our space is on the ground floor of House No S 260 here in Delhi. It’s a practical setup for Pricewaterhousecoopers Private Limited. Being on the ground floor is handy for people dropping by with their files. Delhi is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with it in our own way. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the nitty-gritty of taxes and corporate filings. It’s not the kind of thing people usually enjoy doing themselves, so we take it off their hands. The office is often full of the sound of phones ringing and people discussing tax codes. We don’t bother with fancy decorations or corporate talk. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a big audit or just some basic bookkeeping. The staff here is a mix of people who have lived in Delhi forever and some who just moved here. We all just want to get the work done right so we can go home. There’s a lot of tea drinking and occasional venting about the traffic outside. It’s a busy environment, but we keep things organized. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just provide a place where people can get their business numbers sorted out properly. It’s a basic, functional office where the work comes first. Every day is different, but the goal is always to get the folders closed.
