Presently Unemployed

Right now, I don't have a job to go to every morning. I’m staying at 1579 Sector B 1 in Vasant Kunj. New Delhi is a huge place and it can feel a bit overwhelming when you are looking for work. I’ve lived in this sector for a while. Vasant Kunj is usually busy with people coming and going. My days are mostly spent updating my resume and looking at job boards online. It isn't the most exciting way to spend a Tuesday. I try to stay productive by keeping the house in order and taking walks around the neighborhood. Sometimes I head over to the local market just to get out of the house. Being unemployed gives you a lot of time to think, maybe too much time. I’m looking for something that fits what I know how to do. Delhi is full of opportunities but finding the right one takes time. I’m not running a business or anything like that. It’s just me at this address. I’ve met a few neighbors who are in the same boat. We talk sometimes. It’s a bit stressful not knowing what comes next. I keep my eyes open for any news. Living in Sector B 1 is convenient since everything is close by. I just need to land that next position so I can get back into a routine and stop being presently without any work.
