Pre Research Scholar

You can find Pre Research Scholar over at Room No 113 in Mahi Hoste. This is right inside the Jawaharlal Nehru Univ campus in New Delhi. It’s a university environment, so things are usually buzzing with people talking about books or their next project. The hoste itself has its own rhythm. Room 113 isn't a massive space, but it’s where all the work happens. Being part of Jawaharlal Nehru Univ means we are surrounded by a lot of history and students always moving around. It gets a bit noisy in the evenings when everyone is back from classes, but during the day it’s a decent spot to concentrate. We have stacks of papers and books everywhere, which is typical for what we do. It’s not the kind of place with a reception desk or a waiting room. You just walk down the hall of Mahi Hoste until you see the number 113 on the door. New Delhi is hot for most of the year, so the room can get a bit stuffy, but we keep the fan on high. Living and working in a hoste setting is different than a regular office building, but it works for us. We've spent many late nights here trying to figure things out and drinking way too much tea. If you know the university layout, finding the hoste isn't too hard, just follow the main campus roads and look for the sign that leads this way.
