We operate out of Vikaspuri at the KG-3/175 address. It’s definitely more of a workspace than a typical retail store. We deal with all kinds of different plastic items and industrial parts. The machines we use can be quite loud when they're running full speed, so we usually keep the back doors wide open to let the air circulate. We’ve been at this KG-3 spot for a long time. It’s a residential-style area but we have our setup in the designated space. There are cardboard boxes stacked up to the ceiling sometimes when a big order is ready. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the molds and making sure nothing is warped. It’s often greasy work and we usually wear our old clothes because of the oil from the machines. My father was the one who started this business many years ago. I just took over the daily operations recently. We have a couple of guys working with us who have been here since the very start. We aren't trying to be the biggest factory around. We just want to get the orders right for the people who trust us. Vikaspuri has grown so much lately, and the traffic makes it hard for the delivery vans to get in and out sometimes. We just manage the best we can. We're here every day except Sundays. It’s a straightforward business. No frills, just hard work.
