Our shop is located in Naraina Industrial Area, specifically at C 128 in Phase 1. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening on the street outside. We handle a lot of electronics here, mostly radios and related gadgets that people bring in when they stop working. The workbench is usually covered in wires and small parts. Sometimes I can’t even see the wood of the table because there are so many tools lying around. It’s been our spot for years. People know they can find us here if they need something fixed or if they are looking for a specific part that’s hard to find elsewhere. We don't spend much time cleaning up the back room, it's just full of old components and boxes. My hands are usually a bit dusty from opening up old casings. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves. We listen to the radio while we work, obviously. It’s good background noise for the soldering and testing we do. Some people think radios are old fashioned, but plenty of folks still use them every day. We see the same faces quite often, neighbors from other units in Phase 1 stopping by for a chat. The light in the front is a bit dim, but we have good lamps over the work area. It's a steady life. Nothing too exciting happens, we just keep the machines running and wait for the next customer to walk through the door with a broken antenna.
