Practicing Company Sectetary

I am located at R 564 in New Rajinder Nagar, right in the heart of New Delhi. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood, always busy and a bit loud with people moving around all the time. I have been practicing as a company secretary from this address for some time. The office is really just a room where I keep all my files and my computer. Most of my day is spent making sure companies are following the rules and getting their annual returns filed properly. It involves a lot of patience, especially when dealing with the online systems that sometimes crash without warning. I have lived in Delhi all my life, so the noise from the street doesn't really bother me anymore. Clients usually come by to drop off their signed papers or to ask about new regulations. It is a small operation, no big staff or anything, just me and occasionally an assistant if things get really backed up during the busy season. The shelves are pretty crowded with old files, but I know where everything is. New Rajinder Nagar is a good spot because it is central, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare for people visiting. I try to be practical about things and don't use a lot of big words when I am talking to business owners. They just want to know their paperwork is handled. It is a plain workspace where the work gets done.
